When registering for an account with The Grow Dojo, a patient must meet several requirements before their account is approved and their orders can be placed.
Patient Registration Requirements
- Patient must be 18 years of age or older.
- Patient must upload a copy of a valid state ID
- Patient must upload a copy of a valid MMP (Michigan Marijuana Program) Card issued by LARA
- Name, address, and date of birth must match on the State ID copy, MMP Card copy, and the patient registration form.
- PAPERWORK NOT ACCEPTED
